Application of Terms and Conditions of Sale
By ordering products on the online store of Atlantic Winds Adventure or by accepting delivery of the products described on the invoice, customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. Atlantic Winds Adventure reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior written notice at any time, at its sole discretion.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars, and do NOT include taxes and are exclusive of any delivery charge. You may pay for your order with any one of the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
Product Availability
Product availability may be limited. Products may not be available for immediate delivery. Atlantic Winds Adventure reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
Orders
No contract will come in being between you and Atlantic Winds Adventure until Atlantic Winds Adventure accepts your order by email and confirms by email that it has dispatched your product.
We are entitled to refuse your order for any reason whatsoever, in which case we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Return/ Refund Policies
Our products are personally inspected by our staff and leave our store in first class condition, so ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If an item is damaged during shipment, Atlantic Winds Adventure will exchange that item for the same item only. All claims for damaged items must be made within 24 hours after you receive your shipment in order to receive an exchange. All damaged items must be properly filed immediately with the shipping company upon delivery of the item. In the event of an exchange caused by shipping damage, the damaged items must be returned to Atlantic Winds Adventure before a replacement item will be shipped. We will issue you a store credit if we cannot replace your item. Any return must first be agreed upon by Atlantic Winds Adventure. Any item being returned must be in new unused condition and in the original packaging supplied by the manufacturer and must have all parts, pieces, and accessories that were included with the product at the time of sale. Atlantic Winds Adventure offers NO CASH REFUNDS for any products or services, regardless of condition or circumstance. All costs, charges, expense including but not limited to shipping charges, packaging charges, or any other associated charges incurred or involved with any returned product(s) for any reason whatsoever is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please e-mail all damaged claims immediately to Atlantic Winds Adventure or contact Atlantic Winds Adventure directly by phone or in person.
If the goods are not of satisfactory quality, we may consider an exchange if the goods are unused, in their original condition with labels/tags attached and/or in the original packaging. With the exception of faulty goods all delivery charges incurred are non-refundable. All refunds are at our sole discretion. In all cases please contact us & we will advise you on how items should be returned to us.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Atlantic Winds Adventure reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Atlantic Winds Adventure reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Atlantic Winds Adventure shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Payment Terms
Terms of payment shall be determined at the discretion of Atlantic Winds Adventure and otherwise agreed to by Atlantic Winds Adventure. Payment shall be made by credit card, or some other pre-arranged method of payment acceptable to Atlantic Winds Adventure. Where payment is made by credit card, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and Atlantic Winds Adventure shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honour the credit card for any reason. |
